INITIAL CONSULTATION – This involves a thorough assessment of physical, psycho-social and nutritional needs. This process can take up to 2 hours and includes an assessment of your kinetic chain.
KINETIC CHAIN ASSESSMENT - This provides us with an analysis of your body’s stationary posture, muscle firing patterns, movement, neurological working and functional profiling. You will undertake basic human movements, such as squatting, bending and twisting and you will be provided with a detailed report and analysis with a programme summary covering corrective exercise for weaknesses and imbalances, flexibility and nutritional advice that are unique to your specific needs.
REGULAR WEEKLY TRAINING – I ask that you commit to training a minimum of once a week. Most people see better results if they train twice or three times a week. The cost of your training includes a programme for you to follow in your own time.
DISTANCE MENTORING – If you feel that you cannot afford to buy a package of personal training sessions we also offer a service that allows you to follow a programme at home for 4 weeks. You will see me for the initial consultation and a programme will be written for your individual needs. Email contact is included in the price.
FOOD OR ALCOHOL ADDICTION – We offer one to one coaching for those suffering from either of these diffiocult problems.
BOOTCAMPS – Charlotte runs bootcamps that run for 4 weeks through-out the summer months to prepare for that bikini body. The course is £75 and includes 2 Personal Trainers, a nutritional package, and email support from the trainers and the other women involved already. You will recieve nutrional tips and exericise ideas. Join the site for free and see what you can accomplish.
